Welcome to Bear in the Air, where we bring the world to life through the art of aerial photography and videography. Our founder, Ross, has a unique background, having served 12 years in the Royal Marines, including 8 years as the Royal Marines yacht skipper. This experience provided an invaluable foundation for understanding the intricacies of boats and yachts, which later inspired Ross to pursue a career in aerial photography and videography. After retraining as a drone pilot and completing a comprehensive photography and videography course, Ross has combined these passions to create Bear in the Air, offering tailored solutions for clients across various industries.

When not capturing stunning visuals from the sky, Ross cherishes spending time with their loving family – their wife, son, and dogs. The dedication to family and the pursuit of excellence in every aspect of life drives Ross to deliver high-quality, personalised services for every project, from private and commercial boats to weddings, properties, and inspections.
